Carl sets out to salvage their old agitator from Benno’s Dam at Coocoran with the help of famous Outback Opal Hunter Bro, Mick Cook and his father, Maurice. Benno’s dam was decommissioned years ago and it was time to retrieve the old agitator before it deteriorates further and rusts out completely.
The team sets out early in the morning, uncertain if they can complete their expedition due to the recent rain causing unpredictable outback road conditions. Will the team be able to get the job done?

The Absolute Opals Team successfully recovered the agitator and brought it back safely to Lightning Ridge. The team can now assess its condition for rejuvenation or scrap.
